📋 Description

  • Lead pre-cycle data readiness for compensation with HRIS, Payroll, and Finance.
  • Execute annual compensation cycle: merit increases, bonuses, and equity data validation.
  • Maintain accurate compensation data in HRIS, including salary updates and benchmarks.
  • Coordinate annual/ad-hoc survey submissions (Radford, Mercer) with vendors and timelines.
  • Prepare benchmarking analyses by combining external survey data with internal comparisons.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide compensation inputs for offers and market positioning.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, finance, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or total rewards operations.
  • Working knowledge of compensation practices, benchmarking, and annual compensation cycle.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end annual compensation cycles, including pre-cycle data readiness, validation, and post-cycle audits.
  • Experience performing compensation data audits, reconciliations, and data quality checks across HRIS, payroll, and reporting outputs.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis; experience with HRIS and compensation tools.
