🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of data analysis experience, esp. HR/People Analytics or Compensation.
- Expert-level Google Sheets: modeling, formulas, pivots, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA.
- Deep understanding of compensation: market pricing, pay bands, equity.
- Proven ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and drive decisions.
- Strong data visualization, storytelling, and executive communication.
- Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive employee data.
