🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in consumer-facing community management at scale.
- Proven ability to grow online communities across Reddit, Slack, Discord.
- Strong instincts for tone, voice, and internet culture.
- Experience managing moderators, ambassadors, or creators.
- Data-driven decision making; comfortable with qualitative and quantitative signals.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
