Senior Communications Engineer, Space Vehicle

📋 Description

• Design, analyze, test RF satellite comms; support flight hardware.
• Conduct functional analyses and trade studies to derive designs.
• Identify space/ground hardware for payload and telemetry.
• Create test setups for antenna, radio, ground tests.
• Work hands-on with RF gear: radios, antennas, ADCs, GSE.
• Support test plans and system verification.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or masters in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years technical exp, space ops preferred.
• EE fundamentals RF: systems, antennas, signal processing.
• Familiarity with aerospace communications tech.
• Experience with RF link-budget modeling.
• Knowledge of RF noise/linearity and impact on performance.
