- 2+ years in Sales Operations, Finance, or Financial Analysis.
- Experience with sales compensation in fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; interpret data into insights.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and PowerPoint for reports.
- Hands-on CaptivateIQ (or similar) for plan configuration and payout.
- Salesforce experience or CRM data structures familiarity is desirable.
