  • Own end-to-end global sales commission ops: calc, validation, accruals, payouts
  • Lead monthly commission close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, HR, Legal for governance

  • Serve as Xactly Incent admin: config, maintenance, testing
  • Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness across commission processes

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, FP&A, or commission operations
  • Hands-on experience with Xactly Incent or similar systems
  • Strong understanding of sales compensation structures and incentive design
  • Advanced Excel and analytics for large datasets
  • Experience with month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across Sales, Finance, HR, and exec teams
