π― Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, FP&A, or commission operations
- Hands-on experience with Xactly Incent or similar systems
- Strong understanding of sales compensation structures and incentive design
- Advanced Excel and analytics for large datasets
- Experience with month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across Sales, Finance, HR, and exec teams
