🎯 Requirements

- 6+ years in commercial credit, financial analysis, or business development (Required)
- Agricultural lending experience preferred
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Deep financial acumen to underwrite and structure commercial and Agricultural credit solutions
- Knowledge of treasury and cash management products; regulatory requirements
