Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, boilers, chillers, heat pumps).
• Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems efficient.
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across HVAC platforms.
• Replace or repair motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.
• Keep clients and team informed on service findings and next steps.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training or certification preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC service role.
• Experience with RTUs, VRV/VRF, VAV, split systems, chillers, boilers.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
