Senior Commercial HVAC Service Tech

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment (RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers).
• Perform scheduled maintenance to keep systems efficient and extend life.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer docs.
• Identify issues and provide repair steps to clients and teams.
• Maintain service records of work, parts used, and system conditions.
• Work safely, following codes and company policy.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training or cert preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC service role.
• Hands-on with RTUs, VRF/VRV, VAV, split systems, chillers, boilers.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation; valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
