- Serve as SME for assigned Sales Vertical teams; align goals and workflows
- Develop and own the Enablement roadmap; prioritize needs and trainings
- Design and deliver enablement training programs (live sessions, office hours, content)
- Identify, document and train Sales on best-in-class processes (Annual & Account Planning)
- Write training content to develop Sales skills, methodology, and intelligence
- Partner with Enablement and cross-functional teams to tailor content and drive adoption
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in fast-paced, high-volume sales or account mgmt within an advertising platform, agency or org
- 3+ years in Enablement, L&D, PMM, Ad Sales, Account Management, Strategy, Ad Agency or Operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Strong project/program management skills
