- Strong background negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts (SaaS, AI, enterprise software)
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with legal and non-legal stakeholders
- Proactive mindset; able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup
- Privacy/regulatory experience; advise on DPAs, BAAs, and security provisions
- Passion for AI; deep understanding of AI products, LLMs, and related legal issues
