🎯 Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to practice.
- 5–8+ years of in-house or law firm tech transactions.
- Strong experience negotiating SaaS agreements and enterprise contracts.
- Working knowledge of data privacy laws and SaaS regulatory considerations.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
