• Build cross-team relationships as trusted advisor on commercial matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on B2B, SaaS, partnerships, and vendor deals.
• Manage multiple projects with limited oversight; adapt to ambiguity.
• Jump in to handle a wide range of responsibilities to support Mozilla.
• Partner with Global Business Group, Business Development, and Product to enable buy-in.

🎯 Requirements

• JD degree and bar admission in good standing.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience, including in-house counsel.
• Experience negotiating and drafting SaaS, DPAs, and related tech agreements.
• Commitment to excellent client service and cross-functional relationships.
• Proactive, solution-oriented guidance balancing business objectives and risk.
• Ability to own multiple projects and drive to completion with limited oversight.
