- Review, revise and negotiate commercial contracts, including customer agreements

- Experience drafting/reviewing SaaS, enterprise B2B contracts and DPAs (GDPR/CCPA)
- Process-oriented; partner with legal ops to optimize workflows
- Proven track record of high-volume, fast-turnaround contracts to enable revenue
- Strong communicator; can explain complex legal concepts to technical/non-technical audiences
- JD admitted; eligible to become in-house counsel in California or Colorado
