Senior Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Serve as a key legal partner across the business.
• Draft, review, negotiate customer agreements: SaaS terms, DPAs, NDAs, reseller terms.
• Support vendor contracts across SaaS, tech, services, security, and procurement.
• Partner with Sales to accelerate deals while protecting privacy, security, and risk; use AI tools.
• Maintain and draft templates, playbooks, and self-service resources.
• Support international contracting focusing on APAC overlap and cross-border deals.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience, in-house at a fast-growing SaaS/tech/cybersecurity company.
• Drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements, DPAs, security addenda, and vendor contracts.
• Understanding SaaS models, recurring revenue, sales cycles, and procurement.
• Comfort working with Sales as a practical partner who protects risk.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed legal operations.
• Independent with ability to stay connected to global leadership and cross-border contracting.
