🎯 Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience with tech transactions and SaaS contracting.
  • Proven experience negotiating enterprise agreements (law firm and/or in-house).
  • Commercially wired: understand revenue, margins, and deal mechanics.
  • Deal-oriented: enjoy negotiating and closing business.
  • Operator mindset: own processes, drive alignment, and close deals.
  • AI-forward mindset: use AI and automation to improve how legal work gets done.
  • JD (or equivalent) and active bar membership.
