🎯 Requirements
- Juris Doctor with active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 8–10 years of SaaS/tech transactional experience on the vendor side.
- Drafting and negotiating SaaS and tech agreements (DPA/BAA as needed).
- Strong knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and IP law.
- In-house experience supporting a commercial or tech-driven business.
