Review plans and specs to identify missing info and scope questions.
Manage bid solicitation and submission; coordinate vendor/subcontractor pricing.
Be primary contact for clients; clarify scope and answer technical questions.
Track bid invitations and estimating pipeline; coordinate with internal teams.
Support pre-construction workflows including RFIs, submittals, and vendor coordination.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years estimating in commercial construction on large US projects.
Proficient in Xactimate; experience interpreting commercial drawings.
Strong ability to read/interpret drawings, specs, and schedules.
End-to-end bid process experience; pricing and submissions; pre-con workflows.
Experience engaging clients during estimating; sales-oriented interactions.
Fluent English; remote work experience with US contractors preferred.
