📋 Description

  • Own full sales cycle from outbound to close for SMB and independent care
  • Develop outbound playbooks, test approaches, and build scalable frameworks
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through multi-channel prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, partnerships) alongside inbound leads
  • Run discovery calls and product demos for operators running 1-20 bed facilities
  • Negotiate and close deals with ambitious MRR targets and ARR-based commissions
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to refine our offering
  • Cover both home care and care home operators across SMB/independent space

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years closing experience in B2B sales with targets exceeded
  • Proven pipeline builder via outbound strategies
  • Consultative selling; tie ROI to solutions
  • Autonomous; own and scale a territory or segment
  • Strong relationships; build trust with clients
  • Strategic thinker; help scale sales processes
  • Willing to own this channel for 12+ months and grow it
  • Bonus: B2B SaaS experience selling to operators
