- Own full sales cycle from outbound to close for SMB and independent care
- Develop outbound playbooks, test approaches, and build scalable frameworks
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through multi-channel prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, partnerships) alongside inbound leads
- Run discovery calls and product demos for operators running 1-20 bed facilities
- Negotiate and close deals with ambitious MRR targets and ARR-based commissions
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to refine our offering
- Cover both home care and care home operators across SMB/independent space
🎯 Requirements
- 1-3 years closing experience in B2B sales with targets exceeded
- Proven pipeline builder via outbound strategies
- Consultative selling; tie ROI to solutions
- Autonomous; own and scale a territory or segment
- Strong relationships; build trust with clients
- Strategic thinker; help scale sales processes
- Willing to own this channel for 12+ months and grow it
- Bonus: B2B SaaS experience selling to operators
