🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Experience as a sales/product analyst; fintech background; Looker BI and Salesforce.
- Understands sales processes, pipeline management, and lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish desirable.
- Desirable: digital payments, API platforms, ERP integrations (NetSuite/PIX); FP&A.
