🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Proven fintech sales/product analyst experience; strong analytics with Looker BI, Excel, and Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish desirable.
