• Develop working prototypes of AI and combat scenarios.
• Collaborate across Novato and Montréal daily.
• Communicate AI/combat progress and standards to content teams.
• Create clear design documentation for AI and combat.

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped AAA title as designer for AI combatants.
• 5+ years professional game design experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with established game toolsets and pipelines.
• Deep understanding of mechanics, combat, and AI NPC design.
• Cross-disciplinary, multi-site collaboration experience.
