- FCA-regulated collections experience.

- Experience with external recovery partners (DCAs) and end-to-end lifecycle.
- Understanding of Consumer Duty and vulnerable customer considerations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance and Compliance.
