Senior Collections Analyst

📋 Description

• Perform outbound collections professionally per policy
• Analyze accounts and drive meetings with customers
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Analyze delinquent accounts; prepare risk reports and resolutions
• Prepare/balance reports for bad debt; assist invoices and memos
• Develop desktop procedures; use reporting tools for repeatable analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years collections experience, preferably high-tech
• Bachelor in Accounting or Business or equivalent work experience
• Order-to-cash process experience; quoting, order management and billing
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; customer service
• Self-motivated, flexible; adapt to fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong Excel; ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Workday) and Salesforce
