Senior Collections Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business partners to keep collections smooth and efficient.
• Manage accounts receivable, resolve billing issues, and reduce delinquency.
• Work with sales and cross-functional teams to resolve collection issues.
• Develop and maintain desktop procedures; build repeatable analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in collections, preferably in high-tech.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience
• Order-to-cash experience; quoting, order mgmt & billing
• Excellent written & verbal communication and customer focus
• Strong Excel; ERP (Dynamics/Oracle/SAP/Workday) and Salesforce
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate
