🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years career/executive coaching or 500+ hours
- Proven success with diverse, non-traditional clients
- Strong learner outcomes and high goal achievement
- Experience partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives
- Mentoring or coaching peers
- Independent entrepreneurial spirit with autonomy
- Self-motivated with accountability and delivery focus
- Clear, actionable feedback; concise communication
- Influences at all levels; strong stakeholder management
- Committed to equitable and inclusive learning environments
- 40 hours/week availability
- MT shifts: 7am–4pm or 10am–8pm MT
- US-based; distributed team across regions
- Coaching or Career Services certification preferred
- Experience with tech-enabled or high-volume coaching
- Familiarity with adult learners, workforce education, or career mobility
