Setup CNC machinery including multi-axis milling and mill-turn centers.
Operate CNC mills and lathes across multiple shifts to meet production schedule.
Select and monitor tooling and fixturing to ensure hardware conforms.
Inspect finished parts for conformance with drawings and GD&T.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and R&D in a fast-paced team.
Maintain a mindset of continual learning in programming and machining.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes in production.
Experience working with manufacturing engineers in R&D or production.
Strong understanding of GD&T and interpreting engineering drawings.
Experience operating multi-axis CNC machines.
Nice to have ESPRIT programming experience.
Nice to have DMG Mori CELOS experience.
