Translate requirements into a workable backlog for engineers
Delegate tickets to engineers to complete customer projects
Lead requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and architecture discussions
Apply DevOps: build automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, security, monitoring, and alerting
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in dev, test, and production environments

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in software development and cloud-native systems
Strong background in engineering practices and scalable architectures
Web technologies and frameworks: HTML/CSS and React, Vue, Angular, .NET
Server-side scripting: Python, Node.js, PHP, Ruby
Relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
Experience configuring AWS resources
