🎯 Requirements
- 4–8 years in voice/data network support.
- MS OS, Networking, SQL, Security, and VoIP knowledge.
- Production support for cloud hosting with high-availability SLAs.
- Telephony experience or certifications (TDM/VoIP/CTI).
- CTI with Avaya AES, Cisco ICM, Genesys.
- AWS experience; SBC knowledge a bonus.
- MSSQL and Windows scripting (PowerShell).
- NICE/Verint recording platform experience or certifications advantageous.
