Senior Clinical Consultant, Pharmacy

📋 Description

• Consult with payer clients to design drug management plans.
• Evaluate PBM and vendor programs using evidence and data.
• Use medical/pharmacy data to assess performance and inform strategies.
• Monitor therapies and market dynamics; model impact for readiness and design.
• Build relationships and guide decisions with clinical and financial insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Pharmacy degree required (RPh or PharmD).
• MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in health plan/payer, PBM, or consulting with drug management.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience with influence and senior leadership communication.
• Expertise in specialty drug management (utilization, site of care, biosimilars, formulary).
• Medical benefit specialty drug experience preferred (buy-and-bill, J-code, prior authorization).
• Strong analytical skills interpreting medical/pharmacy claims into actionable insights.
• Collaborative, team-first approach with analysts and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready deliverables.
• Ability to lead client discussions, working sessions, and reviews.
• Proven credibility and ability to maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong presentation skills for data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
• Solutions-oriented, self-directed with the ability to prioritize and deliver.
• Remote work capability with up to 15% travel.
