• Collaborate cross-functionally to align with patient experience goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years SUD/Behavioral Health with LCSW/LCPC/LSW/LPC; 3+ yrs care/coordination.
• SUD certification strongly encouraged.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Direct patient exp in broader behavioral health incl eating disorders.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Talkdesk.
• HIPAA compliant; patient-first values.
