  • Act as primary contact for customer inquiries across channels (email, LiveChat, phone).
  • Lead daily customer support operations and coach team members.
  • Manage escalated cases, including sensitive medical issues.
  • Coordinate escalations with BD/AMs and cross-functional teams.
  • Train and onboard new hires; conduct QA and coaching.
  • Drive continuous improvement and update workflows and docs.

  • 3โ€“5+ years in client support or customer success in fast-paced settings.
  • Veterinary/animal healthcare experience is a major plus.
  • Exceptional communication, empathy, and active listening under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization.
  • Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot, Intercom, or similar CS platforms.
