📋 Description

  • Single post-sales contact for value & impact conversations.
  • Coordinate with Delivery, Onboarding, Product, Training, Data Advisory.
  • Document Use Cases & KPIs; track user adoption.
  • Identify and coordinate training for 1-3 Client Directors.
  • Ensure delivery of contracted products/services to meet/exceed SLAs & KPIs.
  • Facilitate additional support across Data Advisory, Global Data Content, Technical Implementation, and Escalation resources.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience using SFDC, KPI, BI Portal, OA/QTC, and Usage Reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise product sets for business-unit solutions.
  • Strong written/verbal comms; document Process Reviews/Maps; 3-5 yrs PM.
  • Understands CFO, CPO, CCO and CMO personas.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ yrs in sales/support/client service.
  • Master’s Degree, Six Sigma or Project Management cert preferred.
