🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in an account management or client-facing role.
Strong time management, organization, and prioritization.
Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Basic experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Confident, written and verbal communication skills.
Curious mindset and strong desire to learn; Gainsight experience a plus.
