📋 Description

• Primary strategic/operational owner for high-value accounts.
• Trusted advisor linking campaigns, performance data, to goals.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams on actionable plans.
• Lead proactive client conversations for retention and growth.
• Own coordination across Ad Ops, Product, Finance, and Sales.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with insights and forward strategies.
• Support retention and expansion by identifying upsell opportunities.
• Ensure billing accuracy and financial integrity for accounts.
• Continuously improve workflows for scalability and health.
• Occasional travel to support client and business needs.
