🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Industrial Engineering, SCM, Business Admin, or Food Science preferred.
- 7+ years in client-facing roles in a technical 3PL/packaging/manufacturing or SCM setting.
- Operational background in Food & Beverage manufacturing or cold chain logistics.
- Commercial acumen: quotes, contract management, and P&L understanding.
- Data proficiency to turn WMS/ERP data into executive summaries.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets or SQL for production data analysis.
