Senior Client Success Manager

📋 Description

• Lead client relationships and drive partner success.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or people operations.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring or fast-growing teams preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using ATS/HRIS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, Rippling, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience supporting both clinical and non-clinical hiring is preferred.
