- Comfortable using ATS/HRIS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, Rippling, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience supporting both clinical and non-clinical hiring is preferred.
