📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream implementations.
  • Oversee project planning, scoping, timelines, and governance.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and dependencies to go-live readiness.
  • Drive operational readiness, cutover, migration, and hypercare.
  • Act as trusted advisor guiding customers through decisions and best practices.
  • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement validations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 8–10 years of enterprise, customer-facing technology projects.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-system SaaS/CRM implementations.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent certifications (preferred).
  • Experience in contact center technology or CX platforms (preferred).
