🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent).
- 8–10 years of enterprise, customer-facing technology projects.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-system SaaS/CRM implementations.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent certifications (preferred).
- Experience in contact center technology or CX platforms (preferred).
