Own full lifecycle delivery from planning to closure using Agile and Waterfall.
Build project plans from customer requirements and milestones; CCaaS/Telecoms knowledge.
Develop detailed project plans aligned with the SOW.
Lead multiple projects concurrently.
Track actions and enforce accountability across stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks early.

🎯 Requirements

University/Bachelor’s degree, with PMP Certification.
5+ years PM experience in Cloud Transformation or CCaaS in Telecoms.
Proven track record managing multiple projects.
Comfortable working with technical teams; primary client contact.
Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
