🎯 Requirements
- 4-8 years IT industry experience.
- 3+ years in upper-management or program management.
- Bachelor's or Master's in business administration or related field.
- Strong knowledge of PM tools: MPP, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI.
- Leadership, time management, facilitation and organization.
- Stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Banking and Finance domain knowledge.
- PMP or Prince2 certification required.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
- Negotiation and influence skills.
