Senior Client Services Project Manager, Actimize

📋 Description

• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to deployment.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish relationships with client stakeholders and management.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for management and customers.
• Develop, implement and maintain standard practices for client implementations.
• Communicate customer requirements to product management and R&D teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years IT industry experience.
• 3+ years in upper-management role, preferably program mgmt.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of PM tools: MPP, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI.
• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Proven experience managing major projects; client-facing.
