Own full lifecycle delivery from planning to closure (Agile/Waterfall).
Build project plans from customer requirements and deliverables; CCaaS/Telecoms concepts.
Develop detailed project plans aligned with the SOW.
Lead multiple projects concurrently.
Track actions and enforce accountability across stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks early.

🎯 Requirements

University/Bachelor’s degree with PMP Certification
5+ years of PM experience in Cloud Transformation or CCaaS in Telecoms
Proven track record managing multiple projects
Comfortable working with technical teams and primary client contact
Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
Proactive in risk management and escalations; highly organized
