- Manage escalated and complex client issues with guidance.

- Manage client technology solutions in coordination with technology team.
- Back-up to the Client Managers.

- Solid communication skills: written, public speaking, and presentation prep.
- Excellent virtual customer service: active listening, clear voice, professional tone.
- Minimum 2 years of benefits experience at a Brokerage preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and intermediate features.
- Ability to learn and adopt new technology systems and software.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and can work independently.
