  • Handle day-to-day questions and enrollment inquiries from clients with the service team.
  • Prepare and distribute compliance deliverables (5500s, SPD Wraps, annual notices, ACA).
  • Manage escalated and complex client issues with guidance.
  • Manage enrollment processing, research, and resolve eligibility and enrollment issues.
  • Manage client technology solutions in coordination with technology team.
  • Back-up to the Client Managers.

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid communication skills: written, public speaking, and presentation prep.
  • Excellent virtual customer service: active listening, clear voice, professional tone.
  • Minimum 2 years of benefits experience at a Brokerage preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and intermediate features.
  • Ability to learn and adopt new technology systems and software.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment and can work independently.
