🎯 Requirements

  • Solid communication skills: written, public speaking, and presentation prep.
  • Excellent virtual customer service in a remote setting; calm and professional.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate features.
  • Ability to learn and adopt technology systems.
  • Strong time management and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
