  • Sell Microsoft Advertising solutions to new and existing advertisers.
  • Generate new leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Achieve sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Forecast weekly, monthly, and annual revenue performance.
  • Build and maintain a network across key verticals; engage with clients on objectives.
  • Lead onboarding for new clients, including guiding them through legal and compliance requirements.

  • 3+ years of digital advertising experience (BD, account mgmt, or Ad Sales)
  • Understanding of the local advertising ecosystem and stakeholders
  • Strong commercial skills (direct revenue)
  • Direct experience in paid search advertising, performance advertising, and e-commerce
  • Work independently and set your own workflows to achieve sales targets
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English
