- 3+ years of digital advertising experience (BD, account mgmt, or Ad Sales)
- Understanding of the local advertising ecosystem and stakeholders
- Strong commercial skills (direct revenue)
- Direct experience in paid search advertising, performance advertising, and e-commerce
- Work independently and set your own workflows to achieve sales targets
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English
