- 3+ years of Digital advertising experience, in BD, account management or Ad Sales.
- Understanding of the local advertising ecosystem and key stakeholders.
- Strong commercial skills (direct revenue responsibility).
- Direct experience in paid search advertising, performance advertising and e-commerce.
- Ability to work independently and set personal workflows to hit sales targets.
- Fluent in Latvian and English.
