  • Hands-on commercial role with diverse clients in the prepared category.
  • Part of the Fresh Insights team, reporting to Head of Fresh & Home Sales.
  • Hybrid pattern: 3 days per week in London offices (Hammersmith & Welwyn Garden City).
  • Work with global CPGs to startups across branded and own-label.
  • Drive client value by using data to shape propositions and insights.
  • Build deep networks across client organisations engaging stakeholders.

  • Experience using data to shape commercial propositions.
  • Strong understanding of the UK grocery market, ideally fresh categories.
  • Ability to understand client businesses, categories and Tesco relationships.
  • Consultative sales approach, communicating the value of data and insights.
  • Line management experience, coaching and developing others.
  • Excellent communication, translating insight into actionable solutions.
