🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in technology consulting; 5+ years with revenue responsibilities.
- Track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
- Strong SDLC and delivery methodology knowledge.
- Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.).
- Experience with nearshore and offshore delivery models.
- Salesforce proficiency and enterprise client experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple accounts.
