Provide consultations to review project requirements, estimates, SOWs.
Design workflows translating a customer's business model into scalable solutions.
Coordinate complex, multi-location integrations for strategic accounts.
Lead smaller implementation projects to meet deliverables and timelines.
Collaborate with the PM on large strategic implementations and data work.
Train users, create process docs, and ensure a successful launch.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Five+ years in related customer service, project management, or technical support
Two+ years in Mindbody Professional Services role (preferred)
Expert knowledge of Mindbody software products (preferred)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to mitigate and own escalations, manage expectations across stakeholders
