- Own and drive Checkout growth KPIs across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Partner with Sales/CSM to accelerate high-potential Checkout opportunities and improve pipeline conversion.
- Support pricing discussions, deal structuring, and commercial strategy for strategic merchants.
- Identify growth opportunities across markets, payment methods, and merchant segments, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Represent Checkout in key merchant meetings, workshops, and demos.
- Serve as a key communication hub between Sales, Product, Risk, Operations, and Customer Care teams.
π― Requirements
- 5β7 years of experience in acquiring / cross-border payments with solid understanding of Checkout products and payment flows.
- Proven ability to engage directly with customers, including senior stakeholders, and lead commercial discussions.
- Comfortable with presentations, workshops, and public speaking, both internally and externally.
- Outstanding internal communication and stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Risk, Operations, and other teams.
- Business-oriented mindset balancing commercial goals and product realities.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for global meetings.
